State benefits plan with company making adjustments to cost, affordable and good coverage with no deductibles; Also paid time off is flexible and accrues very quickly-have not found any agency that beats it!
Very responsive in a challenging funding environment
Good vacation day amount and easy to accumulate days as soon as you start work
The benefits are great! Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Life, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Retirement, Tuition, and nice vacation time. The way the PAL (paid annual leave) time works is annoying, that we have to use the PAL days for days that the office is closed (snow, holiday), but we get enough days off that its ok.
con- no holiday pay if you do not work. You have to use pal (paid annual leave for every holiday)
Health insurance, PTO, 401K, HSA
Doesn't offer 401k only 403b Insurance is expensive and continued to increase No substantial vacation and holiday time off, only gives 6 holidays per year
accrued vacation time, about 7 hours every two weeks but that has to be used for holidays and sick as well as vacation days. 401K dental and health. Health care is affordable for individual but about 800.00 for a family a month. There is short and long term disability and life all are affordable.
The worst thing is that you mush use your leave for any holidays.
I'm still on my parents' health insurance so I did not utilize Mosaic benefits but I am told that coverage is minimal and finding providers is difficult. You do accrue vacation time but you're required to use your vacation time for holidays and sick days.
