Typically if you are motivated to know more about what products the company offers, you will find more information out by doing your own research as a customer then offered internally. Some of the tools taught are good in they will challenge some to open their perspective on the business but the people actually willing to accept that may have already tuned out to the presentations as they are mindless and shallow
They sit you in front of a computer to feed you out dated info. Its the pinnacle of useless training.
Don't plan on your market managers to be savvy with the products you're working with. The best bet is to hope any of your coworkers have a clue. Otherwise, "google it"

was thrown out on the field after a week of product training and a few PDF protocols. employees under myself were chickens with the heads missing. Often lost sales because of miseducation and little value is given by the employees for the training provided
They have a great training and development program that helps with career plans. Training is both on line and in person.
You will learn everything you need to know very early on in the process. The training has been cut down significantly since the early days, however, you will not be in a sink or swim situation.
you are trained on the computer for all mobile Samsung devices and then you are also trained on the floor for a total of 10 days. all paid. there is also a little training you have to do at home before you go in store and it is paid too
