Job training is scheduled to be one week long. Depending on IT it may be longer.
You get fully trained in less than a half a day but the work is so easy that is too be expected. Every one you meet is extremely friendly and you get paid for training.

They don't allow you to train from home once you have been hired. Much of the online training is disrupted by the fact you are working in a store and are constantly interrupted by customers.
The training is done by the company that you are hired by. For example, mosaic may hire you for a samsung position and the training will be done by samsung.
We had a 3 hour training at a conference room of the managers's apartment. It was informative, but doesnt really prepare you to do the job.
