The benefits are standard but need to make state specific information (i.e. mileage reimbursement rates, FMLA, COVID-19 PTO, etc.) easily accessible.
Most of their benefits don't work. Doctors can't find your benefits card nor does it work.
Good benefits suitable for my needs, and premiums were reasonable as well. Earned 21 days of PTO (sick, vacation, personal), but you couldn't request time off during the holiday season or, in some circumstances, during product launch windows.

This company offers a lot of benefits, some of which would be the flexibility in hours worked. But with the matching 401(k) option through the parent company Acosta I would utilize this personally and start saving early, carefully choose your package when they run down the options too you. Overall I enjoyed my time with this company and would recommend it to others, if you have questions talk with management for sure.
