Great benefits, especially for cost vs coverage for the whole family. They offer incentives to stay healthy, and provide many ways to receive discounts.
Negotiate a good hourly rate or you will be seeking a 2nd part time job to support yourself and family after the insurance deductible
You receive 5 vacation days, 5 PTO days and 5 sick days. 401k is offered and medical, dental, vision (which are great plans).
health insurance, job training, legal assistance
The Competition is awesome, and the commission is wonderful.. There are all kinds of bonuses every weekend, and the pay rate is desirable. One can also get health insurance and 401k .
Unlimited PTO. We were able to use PTO time ahead and make up the hours as we went by. We also got to enjoy paid holidays off. Other benefits included tuition reimbursement, medical, dental, vision.
Flexible schedule. Great office. Benefits are through the parent company Acosta which include an archaic and frustrating vacation policy and 401k program. Decent health benefits.
Perks include getting to keep over 1k worth of demo equipment. I am not sure about healthcare or 401k.
Benefits are pretty standard among advertising agencies. The 401K matches up to 6%, there are no stock options and each employee in a profit center is eligible for a yearly bonus if the company reaches financial goals. Health benefits are also pretty normal, not great, but manageable. As with most agencies, mat leave and post birth maternal benefits are almost non-existent. Most managers are pretty flexible with working from home and vacation days.
Health Insurance discounts for meeting certain health metrics, 401K match up to 6%, different options for Health/Dental/Vision, and company perks including discounts on Cell Phone and PCs.
