The pay is awesome, but the 401K is out of this world. Immediate 100% Vesting on a 5% match
They stock the kitchen with all sorts of food - employees are dedicated to their work, so they make the environment as comfortable as possible. They provide 'wellness bucks' to reimburse for health related expenses (gym membership, sports/exercise equipment, etc) which shows they really care about providing for, and keeping employees healthy.
