Pay is so so, they bring in lunch some times. Can be somewhat flexible. Various health packages. Yearly raises and bonuses
Great 401k matching, profit sharing, in office benefits like lunch, snacks, and drinks. 401k is vested over 4 years. CPA bonus and company paid study materials through Becker.
5 weeks vacation, plus 10 paid holidays. 401k sucks that it is not vested unless you work for 4years. Healthcare is okay.
Benefits are not as good as they could be. Specially, medical could be better. My biggest bone to pick, however, is that sick days come out of your PTO. I find that fairly insulting and it feels like punishment, given how hard people work—especially during busy season.
