Combined sick and personal time off together. If healthy then you can use extra hours for PTO.
You have PRO, but it can be hard to use it. The ease of taking PTO again is dependent on your immediate managent and how they choose to run things. Sick days come out of PTO, which is downright insulting to hard workers.
Four weeks of vacation and ten holidays - very competitive, especially in the Seattle area.
Oh you can accrue vacation time, but don't use it... it will be marked against you at your review and all that work will be waiting for you when you get back from vacation. oh and you're expected to check E-mail and keep appraised of whats going on during your time off.
The firm offers 25 days of PTO per year which is competitive with other large public accounting firms in the area. There is no plan to have a sabbatical for long-term employees.

They don't give you much. They encourage non-Christian employees to work on Christmas. I'm at a different company now and it feels like I get so much time off but in reality it's just the average vacation and sick leave.
