MPI has an incredible 401k match of 2 for 1 for the first 3% for non union. Pension for the union guys through brotherhood of engineers. Health package is better than average given the price, just need get over the slight weirdness of health surveys then you'll be happy with the bill in the end. Onsite flu shots were super nice.
Employees out of pocket cost was reasonable.
Very good health insurance, also provides good dental and vision coverage. Company has matching program for 401k and a pension plan for some employees.
The benefits were great, to begin with .. then they did change and were not that great.
Health care was outstanding, Dental and Vision Care were average in the Boise area, they do not match 401k vestments an employee makes, all pension money is lost if you are terminated since the employee does not (nor has the means to) have any vestments to pitch in, to claim upon dismissal. Long term disability "insurance" was a nice option as well as the life insurance upgrades (from the basic life and ADD insurance provided).
The benefit package had all the basics and the 401K matching program was decent.
