The benefits just keep coming -- the Fool treats its employees the best of any company I've been at in my 15 year career, and the people team is always looking to add to the perks we enjoy. My favorite is the lack of a vacation policy -- unlike some other companies, you can actually use as much time as you need here.
The Fool always tries to be a leader in the benefits space and has been for a long, long time. We are well taken care of but over the last few years what use to be a benefit that was extra shiny and special isn't so much anymore because more and more companies, especially post-covid, are offering exactly what we offer.

There is a benefit for just about everything, you basically can't keep track. It's always a pleasant surprise to ask and find out that the company will fully or partially subsidize something you're doing - a professional development course, fitness equipment, a motorcycle license, etc. One of my favorite benefits is free books (on work related topics).
