It is pretty standard, nothing special.
Quite expensive medical plan and half a day off for Christmas eve ...
Minimal benefits package, even though they say it's great. Medical, dental, 401k, vision....just standard stuff
The overall package at MM is very complete. The best is the paid vacation and the 401k. The worst is the sick and paid vacation accrue as you go. So you start with zero at the beginning of the year. Also, there's no effort to encourage employees to stay active, which I would find very nice.
Good 401k matching plan. The health insurance plan is just decent. The professional development opportunities are there.
Great benefits package over all
Nothing at all to write home about. They do offer 401k matching up to a certain point, which is nice (but a standard offering for companies of this size and standing). Vacation and sick time are OK, but managers are sticklers about even taking vacation - to the point where I've been refused time off repeatedly because my manager would prefer to take that day off himself. Company health insurance SUCKS. Training and professional development has been non-existent for my entire department in the ~2 years I've been here.
As a part time employee, we are offered a matching 401k and sick hours. Wish there was time for vacation hours as well.
Great benefits love this place
health insurance, 401K, paid vacation (10 days), paid sick days
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
