Movable Ink Pays for almost all of the medical benefits. At my last company i had to pay thousands of dollars each month.
Unlimited PTO is great. 401k match could do with some improvement.
401K match now, ability to work from anywhere, they pay for almost all of the health insurance where as my last company I had to pay thousands per month.
No matching 401k and health insurance is expensive
Very generous parental leave policies, especially for a growth-stage company. Company also recently launched limited 401k matching after lots of employee feedback, which is great.
Benefits overall are great -- good pay, health care, parental leave, vacation -- Primary con is no 401K matching
