If nothing else they at least have great benefits.
In order to get a discount on the health insurance, we have to participate in a program where we have to detail all our diets, what we eat, exercise program must be adhered to and you must have over 20,000points by end of year.It appears now its is more points and more rules to be able to get a company discount.
16 days pto starting out, doesn’t roll over, health benefits are decent with the wellness plan, good 401k plan overall
Offers medical, optional dental and vision, life insurance, and 401k with company matching, plus other perks. Good benefits package overall.
They have a great benefits package with a range to choose from.
Health Benefits require large co-pays
The best is they 6% of 401k, but their medical ins sucks! The worst is the health insurance as it is extremely expensive with no coverage. They keep shoving a freaking point system down your throat, to get help to pay down insurance deductible of $5000. You have to earn 125,000 points to get your deductible down each quarter. PTO sucks not enough for stress they put their employees through.
Benefits are VERY expensive if you have a family

I was very happy with the benefit options
