Great Health Care and 401k Plan with Employer Match
Expensive Healthcare - high deductibles and company no longer matches up to 6% on 401K
AMAZING fitness program and incredible company culture all the way around. Genuinely a place where you can thrive.
Was good at first but the cost began to rise for the employee over time as I'm sure was just the cost of healthcare rising but felt like employer could have helped more with this. Now that I am having to pay the cost myself I see that they were not paying much at all for us. The benefits of the plans offered however, were decent I guess. 401K and the employers match is awesome, which I could still be working on this and it wasn't taken away so suddenly without any sign of this happening to me. Pretty much ruined the future of my retirement.
Really good benefits. It gets really expensive for family coverage.
401k was the best thing about the benefits package
Decent benefits at a higher than average cost
401(k) match was great! But it changed this year and isn't as attractive. Medical benefits were not good coverage and expensive! And had to do a ton of health related activities to receive the lower rate to the employee which was still 5 times higher than what I am currently paying at my new employer for better coverage.
In order to get a discount on the health insurance, we have to participate in a program where we have to detail all our diets, what we eat, exercise program must be adhered to and you must have over 20,000points by end of year.It appears now its is more points and more rules to be able to get a company discount.
16 days pto starting out, doesn’t roll over, health benefits are decent with the wellness plan, good 401k plan overall
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
