Cigna health ins that pays for things no other Ins. Covers like ivf A lot of holiday days paid (12 or 13 paid holidays Sufficient vacation time and easy to request pto definitely a family orientated company to work for they are big on work life balance
They had a industry standard 401k package.
Movement mortgage benefits are ok.
Incredible benefits and very user friendly
Excellent PTO, 401K match, Health benefits were average.
Great health, vision and dental coverage. 401k.
For the most part, time off is respected and you get a decent amount of it. 401k is only a 50% match up to 5% contribution. Health insurance is mediocre at best.
Generous PTO schedule and ability to take a mission trip
Company offers great benefits to employees
You get 15 days of vacation /sick time per year, which I have found to be middle of the road for mortgage companies, but low for a company that really is trying to promote work life balance and community service. Most of the work is remote, so you find yourself working out trying to work when you are really sick so you don't use vacation time. Health insurance is ridiculously expensive for a family with any sort of expectation of using it (PPO). High deductible plans are lower, but not much. Almost 1k a month for premiums for the family, but the fact that you are offered it (and it is very good insurance) means that you are unable to buy insurance for a lower cost on my marketplace. Employee only is about $100/month, so if it's just you it's not bad. Movement does do a lot of great things for mental health and they try to bring community into the work place, even with everyone working from home.
