Pretty good for a entry level position.
Can go -40 hours of PTO
Each pay period I receive around 5.33 hours of PTO
It was a good amount to start off with, but when I was let go, I was not paid for all the time left because I was not with the company for 9 months or more
The payroll department uses a portal and it is very easy to request time off on your calendar. Communication with management is important so that they can make arrangements for you to be covered while you are away.
earning vacation and time off
You only earn time for personal time and not very much.
I like the plans available.
You accrue 5.33 hours per paycheck (bi-monthly) the first 3 years and it goes up after that.
Depending on length of service, accrue time off per pay period which equals 16 days under 3 years, 19 days after 3 years and 21 days after 5 years.
