You must accumulate your vacation time and there is no sick leave. So what ever you have you must use for sick leave too...thus a negative.
Not enough PTO, and when you take it your give a hard time by management.
Pretty good for a entry level position.
Can go -40 hours of PTO
Each pay period I receive around 5.33 hours of PTO
It was a good amount to start off with, but when I was let go, I was not paid for all the time left because I was not with the company for 9 months or more
The payroll department uses a portal and it is very easy to request time off on your calendar. Communication with management is important so that they can make arrangements for you to be covered while you are away.
earning vacation and time off
You only earn time for personal time and not very much.
