We don't pay premiums. At all. As a parent with a spouse with less insurance options, this is HUGE for me, Huge. And it's very good insurance, includes everything we need, and then there is also a wellness benefit, and the new parental leave policy is stellar.6 months for birthing moms, 3 months for *all* other parents (including adoptive, foster, non-bio, whatever) and it has no waiting period.

Mozilla has amazing benefits. Health insurance is covered for you and dependents - the policy is probably one of the best I've had in my life. Contributions are made to our 401k regardless if you contributed anything. I have the ability to work remotely when I need to, which is great when kids are sick, and have flextime hours. We have biannual work weeks (2x per year) at some pretty awesome places.
