Stellar benefits! The company believes in their mission, their employees, and also t-shirts. The benefits really show how much they want happy and healthy employees. No out-of-pocket medical/dental/vision insurance premiums HMO & PPO options available depending on your location (other countries have their localized options) FSA (Flexible Savings Account) is available Pre-tax commuter benefits available in specific locations Free CalTrain GoPass (in SF Bay Area only) Employer 3% contribution to your 401(k) regardless of your enrollment or contribution. Bonus program paid quarterly: ~ first 20% is dependant on company performance ~ second 20% (available to salary employees) is based on individual contributor and department performance Health and Wellness program reimbursement for everyday type things that are specific to your health and mental wellness like sports equipment, massage, hobby classes, etc. I greatly dislike FSA programs (not Mozilla's fault by any means). However, I wish Mozilla had a HSA option (which is also cheaper to the employer) and to make a similar financial effect on the employee fund the HSA with the deductible annually.

Mozilla offers a robust benefits package including great medical, dental, vision and disability. Additionally, the small in-office perks like free lunch, endless snacks, and of course T shirts don't hurt.

Great standard benefits like health insurance and 401k. Also, "Health & Wellness" benefit to pay for things like gym memberships. Remote workers can expense home internet or expense CoLo desk/office rent. 2 destination work-week trips per year. Parental leave, flexible work hours, etc.

There is no profit sharing. Bonuses were supposed to be 40%, but they have now dropped on average.
