Solid benefits package - above average.
One of the best packages i have had when you include what you pay for the insurance and for what it covers.
I cannot think of any cons to the benefit package offered at the company. I did not have any concerns related to the benefit offerings.
As a part time worker we are not offered any type of health insurance, 401K, vacation days, payed time off. The reason being is because we only work 10 to 12 days out of the month. The rest of the month we can do what we want with the days we have off.
Great benefits with flexibility. Excellent health care and we have no increase for next year!!! Plus they do lots of fun things throughout the year.
They worked us 10 days and we were not called back, so what benefits package? its a sweat shop, like in China.
Good PTO policy (16 days in year 1).
Until the 2015 rate increase, the insurance was amazing! Now it's mediocre and rates for all services increased quite a bit (co-pays).
The Medical Benefits are standard throughout the industry
Nothing about the benefits package really stands out, but a .5% match up to 6% for 401k is nice.
