Numerous resort discounts, team wellness programs, riding privileges for family (dependents). Good Health Insurance, HSA option, 401K after 1 year, Dental, Vision.
The worst thing is that most employees are treated as seasonal, and are left to find medical coverage on the market. The work comes with a lot of hazards that are covered under Worker's Compensation. The training and pay opportunities are great for first time workers, or just adding a second job during ski season. Free season pass, a large onsite locker, and reduced food cost make working at Meadows very valuable.
The seasonal pass is the best benefit, with the exchange program for other resorts.
