Pros - Stock options used to be a decent option, but they try to not share complete information and have recently played tactcs with old employess with good stock options becuase of which people lost a lot of money Cons - Very small raise/promotions at Onsite

Mu Sigma paid quite poorly and had a minimal benefits package.

No 401K matching, the health insurance is expensive and only ten vacation days including the sick days. But it's flexible and you can work from home

Company pays for half of health insurance and there are only two packages to choose from. No matching of any form on 401K. 10 days of PTO per year, no sick days. No other benefits of any form.

Mu Sigma is at best erratic in paying variable pay. It does not pay any variable pay to many employees. I have heard that they pay at an average of 50% of the variable pay.

Benefits are minimal. For freshers no matching 401K. In general the compensation relative to the industry is below average.

don't match 401K health benefits are really bad with very high deductibles you are expected to be on the phone 80% of the time, but they expect you to pay for it and file a 50$ claim every month no personal days, no sick days
