HSA, excellent health, vision and dental benefits and health clinic on campus
On-site physician is a plus. No real downside to the benefits.
Best perk is the insurance price, it is comprehensive coverage that (if you go through the optional workplace health assessment) costs about $50 per month for an individual. While the vacation policy is standard for the industry, it can become difficult to use vacation time due to workload. 401k is a standard Fidelity, though leaves much to be desired as far as the stock picks go - there is no broad market ETF available, and you get stuck with fees. The company match is quite nice, and better than the industry standard. Educational and professional development benefits are virtually nonexistent.
No flexibility, high cost health insurance. High deductibles.
Free visits/many prescriptions at the on-site company clinic. Otherwise average benefits package. Vacation time offered pretty standard, though many people wind up coming in anyway on their vacation days, or have their vacation approvals revoked last minute due to pressing problems
Great health care and dental insurance; even has an on-site physician's office. Very convenient to make appointments and fill prescriptions!
Health Care plan was well designed to limit cost to employee, otherwise the work atmosphere wasn't worth the benefits.
