Health insurance is very expensive for a company of this size, the deductibles - out of pocket options are high and the guidance from HR is non existant. Bonuses are available to some managerial positions, there are no financial bonuses for people that sacrifice the most in this company through overtime. the 401 match is nice, but also thin if you consider profits and market value
Health Insurance = well rounded package, competitive premiums, minimal rate increases, affordable, great coverage! This is a great perk! PTO = other employers are more competitive. New hires start off between 2-3 weeks total PTO called vacation. Use or lose. No sick time. 401K = average. 50% match on first 6%. Would like to see improved. Short Term & Long Term Disability = great! No cost to the associate. Paid Maternity / Paternity / Adoption Leave = none, unless covered through Short Term Disability.
Great benefits and incentives when targets are met.
