Benefits are provided. They are very clear and understandable. Does not seem like there are any hidden surprises or changes. It all seems to be pretty standard.
PTO is abundant because you use it for all of your days off. Holidays, sick time. EIT is used for extended leave.
Better benefits than the ones I have seen out here. Other than that, HR doesn't like to negotiate pay with you, and it's not so easy to transfer to another job after 6 months.
Awful benefits! High deductible, high out-of-pocket maximum, coinsurance could use work (80/20), and there's no discount to be seen at the urgent cares!
High deductible and only choice was to see Multicare providers who never had appointment openings.

After I left SeaMar, I was enrolled in 401 plan! Money was taken out from my last paycheck after I was no longer an employee of SeaMar! Horrible experience!
