Per diems do not get any benefits, but we do get perks such as free parking, discounts through corporate portals, and free fair tickets. 20% off in the cafe.
The insurance is inexpensive and you can get the already reasonable deductibles down by participating in surveys and exercise programs.
There's nothing bad about the benefits package

Great benefits now, but I here they are changing. It would be nice if tution assistance was used for everyone. I lowered by hours to go to nursing school it would be nice if I could get help paying for School.

Multicare offers an attractive benefits package. They also offer education benefits to assist employees in their career advancement.
They don't offer any 401K matching and you have to sign up with a different company for retirement benefits. Also, you don't any holidays paid unless you have enough PTO saved up.
