Includes medical, dental, vision for employee. Family members can be added for additional payroll deduction. Most inexpensive insurance option for employees is the MultiCare Connected Care Plan, however not enough providers are contracted to meet the needs of everyone enrolled. Going to a provider outside of the network results in a significant cost to the patient.

They don't offer any 401K matching and you have to sign up with a different company for retirement benefits. Also, you don't any holidays paid unless you have enough PTO saved up.

Average benefits. Covers what you'd expect. Nothing above and beyond.

Average benefits package. For a healthcare company, I'm often surprised at the out of pocket expenses my family has to pay.

I think the benefits are great. When compared to my spouse who pays a lot more I have nothing to complain about. Blue Shield/Blue Cross.
