As a contractor it's rare to have any kind of benefits package at all. Multivision provides a fairly comprehensive benefits package for all their employees.
multivision benefits package is average
There are no benefits really. Not much. It bare bones. They give you $500 to move to your next job. That is it. Well that is not entirely true. They do provide a place to stay while you train. It will be extremely modest. In come cases the conditions are less than ideal but many people were satisfied. There were broken chairs, facets, closet doors, a few pests, etc. They are disorganized. They look out for themselves and their employees. The do provide Blue Cross Care First rather than Preferred. There is no severance package when you leave. So if you get in a city far away from home be aware that you may not have enough money to pay your rent and move to a different location. You may even be stuck! Think twice before moving too far from home or moving to an expensive city. You do get very, very minimal vacation time and no sick. It is like minimum PTO where if you get sick it comes out your vacation because it's not much!
Over all i am happy about the benefits provided by Multivision.
All of the insurance benefits are good. Could have better 401K with matches
No benefits at all what so ever
they have medical, dental, vision. no 401K. low pay. no paid vaca. have to use accrued hours. i guess training program is a benefit too.
There really are no benefits
it gives you chances to move around if you are the kind of person who likes traveling, otherwise it is very troublesome to move
