Pretty comprehensive -- easy to add spouse and kids. Requires you to add 8% of your pay to your retirement account, whether you want to or not. No sick days -- you just take your leave time for that, which starts at 6.15 hours per pay period -- or 20 days per year.
As a seasonal employee you get a small pension contribution at $.75 per hour worked but its a 5 year vesting. No health insurance, life insurance, Etc.. I was able to work some overtime. good crew to work with very respectful.

401k and 457 plans, you can max both and get to retirement earlier and richer...Pension was also available from Tier III and prio, Tier IV (year 2006+) on down does not have this. I was in Tier III.
They have decent general benefits: great health insurance, 401k Traditional and Roth, PERS and life insurance.
