The health insurance is amazing - well worth it with a family with 2 kids
Insurance is 100% employer paid. There are minimal co payments at doctors office. Fresh fruit is available but not enough snacks in the office otherwise.
Vacation was awful, you had to wait until you earned starting the year over every January. Effectively you couldn't take off until late in the year.
Great health care plans -fully paid(employee don't need to pay 20%) and 401k matching.

Vacation days between 15-20 depending on experience + 5 personal days. 10 holidays (New Years, MLK, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial, Fourth of July, Labor, Columbus, Thanksgiving & Christmas)
