    The worst thing is that PTO is all in one bucket and includes your holidays. There are only 5 paid holidays here since we are open 24 hours

    401K company 4% match, what would be paid holidays at most companies comes out of your accumulated Paid time off hours.

    The best thing about the benefits package is that it was so easy to sign up. Open enrollment was made known well in advance and all of the medical/dental/vision benefits were clearly explained and they took the time to answer any questions. The bad part is that they push the package that most benefits the EMPLOYER not employee. You have to do your math carefully and listen to what ISN'T being said.

    Great benefits and flexible on time off when needed. They are willing to change your scheduled days when you give them advance notice that you will need to be off for family or medical reasons. Like working with family.

    Best they match .75 on every $1 contributed, vested on company match at 6 years. Worst you earn PTO but unless you are a mechanic you cannot cash out and all other departments act like you can't take it but its a use or loose program. Only 3 sick days for an entire year, if you are sick more than that they can fire you no reason needed.
