    You have to work some holidays even when they are listed as days off.

    The best part of the benefits package are the Paid Holidays. They are near to, or may even exceed, federal holidays.

    Your salary will probably be very low and they realize this. As a trade off you get plenty of holidays off.

    You get a great amount of paid holidays. The number of days is fixed, so they'll adjust what holidays you get from year to year (for example, no Columbus Day in 2015 because there's an extra day around the Christmas holiday). Overall, though, they provide a lot of holiday time off. Expect to work from home, though, because you might be off for the holiday but there's still plenty of email and phone calls exchanged during this time!

    All of the time, random Tuesdays, and Wednesdays here and there, Columbus Day. Any other day, you work from 9-9 without comp hours, no overtime pay.
