Vacation is only 5 days a year for the 1st two years. 401K company matches up to 2%. Great employee discounts.
The wage is low. People work their are not motivated by the benefits.
The best perk as a musician was the employee pricing, which apparently since I left, either they did away with it or made it very difficult to use. I had health insurance for a time but don't think I ever had to use it.
The best part was the employee discount
You have to be full-time to actually receive those benefits. I am employed as part-time, but work full-time hours without any way to receive benefits.
the vacation and sick leave policy is atrocious; a paltry amount per paycheck. the health plan was expensive and not comprehensive, but that is par for the course in America.
The only perks for part timers is a discount on gear. Avg was 20%off. Commission is not a big deal it ranges 1-4% often is too hard to make the sales goal to be eligible.
Pay is too low and bonus plan is terrible.
Benefits aren't horrible. Vacation is laughable. I have so much time accrued that I won't be able to take it all this year.
As a temp. employee, there are none. From what I have heard of full-time employees, there are small typical retail benefits, however I was never sure of what they logistically entailed.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
