There were no established reduced hours or flexible hours. You could work as much or as little in the office as you needed to make sales or you could work from home for calls..
Good flex time, but depends on the job
You created your own ours therefore you decided when to work or not to and what days we were off. Holidays off
Very accommodating and progressive. A true strength of the organization.
You can choose your eight hour day starting anytime between 6:30am and 6:00pm. That can be quite useful if you have a family.
Flexible hours is up to the individual manager, there is no company-wide policy.
You have to earn the right to have flexible time first.
Flexible hours depend on the manager and the benefit is not administered in a consistent fashion. When it's available and used as intended, it is an excellent benefit however.

Dependent upon your job and your manager, but most don't care if you flex out a little time. As long as you don't abuse it.
