    Health insurance premiums are high with high deductibles. Lots of choices for disabilty and accident plans. Need more paid parental leave- 4 months paid parental leave should be the norm. Makes it less stressful on the family which in turn provides a better employee who is not occupied with making ends meet.

    There is no benefits package for on call benefits specialist. The compensation is 250 per diem, and they do not pay for travel time or administrative time in preparation for the assignment.

    None. The prices are very low compared to my old company. Plus there are benefits that most companies don't offer. For instance, critical care coverage, accident insurance etc..

    Amazing 401k matching and cheap overall health care prices. Healthcare is grand fathered in so some concepts are out dated and not competitive with new policies although good rates. Maternity leave provides pay at 70% for a certain number of weeks and provides an additional 5 paid vacation days to be used in the first year for mother's and fathers upon having a child. This helps but isn't as competitive compared to others plans offered by other companies.

    Great benefit package and access to discounted insurance reduces. Not enough vacation time. Company doesn't know what exempt employment men's and tarts you like hourly employee

    The medical benefits are awful. I have worked for other companies in Omaha & this is the worst. The plan is a deductible only plan (no copays-not even for doctor or specialty appts) which means you are paying everything out of pocket till deductible met (then pay coinsurance). Very disappointing for working for big insurance company at Omaha headquarters. Also only one plan option (Aetna).
