401k match is a great benefit that stands out from other employers.
Benefits are awful. You have to meet your deductible before they will even pay for anything. If you go to the doctor plan on paying 100.00 or more until its met. They don't offer any type of incentive either
PTO, 401K, and comprehensive employee benefit overages that are easy to access and strong coverage and had some of the best customer service. Waiting for the one enrollment window to open every year, if you want changes to be made.
