    Best - Anthem BC/BS. Worst - They only cover one pair of eyeglasses per year as an eyeglass retailer. Employees should be allowed multiple pairs to enhance selling to patients.

    Inconvenince that the cheapest health ins option is a hsa, but now that i have my account credit card, makes it easier to pay bills. Can also pay bills online thru the health equity site.
