The medical insurance can get expensive if you have more than more person on the insurance but for one person it seems to not be too bad
Used to be better.
Dollar to dollar 401k up to 3% of your salary; Surprisingly good health and vision benefits; PTO and vacation accrual over time.
only one, thing is bad, I was told no millage and gas compensation for driving many miles to different offices as a floater eye-wear-consultant!
Plan cost seem expensive for a large organization
You get decent health and dental insurance also a 41k plan although I didn’t use it and 2 weeks of pto
If you get the most expensive plan there’s some coverage towards medication otherwise nothing is covered until you pay your deductible and with that plan the deductible is either $2000 or $2500. Any of the other plans absolutely nothing is covered until you reach your deductible which anyone hardly does so you end up paying everything out of pocket as if you didn’t have any insurance at all.
The Cigna insurance that they provide sucks. They switched from BCBS which wasn't too bad to a horrible plan.
company perks are lack luster. high copay heath, terrible dental plan and horrible employee benefits.
Expensive and must meet deductibles before anything is paid
