They give us $500 per year towards our HSA account.

It is presented in a way that was easy to understand and compare. We are given options at different out of paycheck costs to offer something for just about everyone's needs.

The benefits are not as good as they could be.

Best... they offer benefits. Worst... they are too expensive for most employees to afford.

Hdhp plan or high premiums are the only two health options. Dental, short term disability are cheap.

Decent salary and benefits, but hard to advance and raises are pretty much out of the question. Their vision plan is a joke considering their cost of goods.

There are may great options such as affordable family health care with numerous benefit package available, 401K with match and company contributions made to HSA plan. No negatives to benefit package so far.

Health insurance plans are decent. You do get PTO but hard to actually take the time off with company. 401k is great, company matches up to a percentage.

The health insurance was first through Kaiser and then switched to BCBS. I didn't use their healthcare, but my coworker had the best insurance offered. From what I could see the BCBS was a good value, but a bit pricey. The dental insurance is offered through Cigna and is nicely priced. One huge thing their missing is vision insurance. They don't offer vision insurance, which is odd because they're an optical store. They offer a 6% 401k match.
