Insurance prices and benefits could be better. The company does pay a portion, but the policies are not worth the money. PTO and commission are nice. Hourly wage is good.

Vision benefits are a wonderful perk to working with this company. I worked in the call center for 6 months

Bonuses can be very lucrative for a GM, even more for a DM. Compensation at an hourly employee level is leaves much to be desired. Health benefits are mediocre and costly out-of-pocket premiums. Employee discounts aren't too bad.

The health insurance for a family is outrageous... the dental is ok.

The bonuses are hard to come by, because they set unrealistic goals for short-staffed offices. Pay is on the low end for the industry.

They do offer a variety of benefits. I'm just not crazy about the health insurance cost but it is good insurance

Premiums for family coverage are very high, and the people who can afford high premiums the most (select Sr. team members) have subsidized benefits. Pricing benefits on a sliding scale would be a better approach as the company grows, especially since so many employees are here for their first job ever and earn "starter" wages.

The best thing about the benefits package is the free pair of glasses that you get after your 90 day probationary period
