They have a decent benefits package. I think in today's economy that their retirement package is overall better than most companies.
As an acquisition, the best benefit was we were able to keep the PTO schedule we had from our old company
they will bring free food a lot. The insurance is decent and so is the 401k. However, they let me go so I will not receive these benefits.
401K gets matched 5% 100% for first 3 and 50% for last 2
Easy to request time off Friendly younger employees Attendance is vital-often short staffed so they expect you to come to work even if youre sick, and theyll send you home as they see fit. Tell you that you will get a bonus at the end of the month, but dont tell you that meeting goal is nearly impossible and you will probably never see it.
The dental is trash and the health care is not bad.
Great insurance, time off offering for new employee and paid professional development. The worst thing is the company paid very little towards the insure=ance premimum and also was very restrictived on PTO and medical leave use.
401k match is really paltry
Very very good They have them
Kaiser Permanente insurance is OK but over $200/month. 401K match is 3% Vision insurance is included in employment.
