    PTO is standard, but very easy to take time off. Addition of 2 "Flex" holidays is nice. Firm covers CPA study materials, exam fees, and allows additional paid-time to take the exams. Health plan is good and firm covers a majority if you're single.

    Everything is average. 401k match after 1 year, but won’t beat till year 3. Health insurance has options.

    MSLC's 401k plan is through MassMututal so it is not the cheapest and there are pretty sizable 401k admin fees that occur monthly, even if you invest in low cost funds. These fees, even if relatively small in today's dollars, will really reduce your compound returns over time. (We're CPAs, we'd know, right?) So thumbs down in this respect. There are however, several low cost Vanguard Index Fund Options available within the plan. The maximum the company will match is 3% of your total salary. Wish it were a higher match and lower cost plan. There are no bonuses paid to Seniors, Staff, or below, although I have heard you can earn a $2,000 one-time bonus for passing the CPA if you haven't already. The firm will also cover the costs of the Becker CPA Review program, testing fees, and give you 8 available days of PTO to take the exam. This is AWESOME!!! Great Benefits!
