I was very satisfied with all of the benefits that Mylan had to offer.
only 8 weeks are given to mothers and no transition back into the workplace.
Sometimes hard to get the system to figure out you're back and get paychecks restarted. Leaves are paid as part of short term disability (100% pay) and long term disability (60%). Time paid at each level is based on time employed at Mylan.
No paternity leave detailed in the policy.
Took paternity FMLA for three of my children along with vacation time. I was looked down upon by middle and upper management.
Pretty basic offering. No paternity leave offered and maternity leave is 6 weeks.
Maternity leave is good. I do not believe their is paternity leave, which is sexist.
No paternity leave, so I rated this average .
