Best benefit package of any company I have ever worked at. Between yearly bonus (depending on how you do personally and how well the company does) and incredible health benefits (that is the least expensive around), this is why I give this score to Mylan's benefits package.
Dental coverage needs to be better.
The best thing about the benefits package is the the 401K, health insurance, maternity/paternity leave, and company perks.
Overall great benefits. Several recent additions. Biggest complaint is vacation days-- it's the bare minimum compared to other Pharma companies (15 days). The track for earning more with tenure is incredibly slow. Furthermore, vacation days don't roll over past March of the following year. I guess I'll never see Thailand.

PTO is only 3 weeks a year, other benefits hard to be matched for the area.
The insurance cost is low in comparison to industry. The change to the high deductible is more expensive but Mylan incentivizes the program with speed money to your HSA account
