It is pricey. just myself is about 350 a month.
No 401k. The vision and dental benefits are pretty affordable but health insurance is through the roof. Roughly half your monthly paycheck if you have your spouse and children included.
The insurance was Ok, but its very expensive!
My hunch is that the benefits are comparable to other companies in the industry, and/or to other companies where similar work (i.e., essentially telephone customer service) is performed.
Decent health coverage, 401k, dental, vision. Premiums are quite high, could be lower.
401k after one year. 40 hours PTO accrued throughout your first year of employment 8 hours every couple months usually. and then after a year you get 64 hours and it increases as you work there longer. Health insurance is Barbaric and way to expensive. They dont do much to try and change that as it has increased even more going into 2016. and most places dont even accept it anyway. Supposedly, a lot of people at Myler use the insurance. so, our rates went up because our company employees used it so much. idk who in their right mind would purchase a 3-400 dollar per month insurance plan. No paternity/maternity leave, there is unpaid medical leave up to 12 weeks if needed. sick days 8 hours per year you work there increasing by 8 hours each year. 1 = 16 hours 2 = 18 etc.
They have the general benefit company of most company, a 401k, paid time off, and holiday pay.
It was United Healthcare and most places do not accept it, so it cost money to pay for the Insurance out of my pocket at $10 hr, plus all the medical bills!
The benefits are so expensive most employees can't afford to participate.
Very expensive it was about $600.00 a month to cover my family and that was with a 5K deductible.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
