They offer the standard 3 weeks with 40 weeks when you start. That's pretty good, but lots of other companies have free/unlimited time off so if they could offer 4 weeks per year, that would make the benefit 5 stars.
Carryover PTO just reduced this year.
I wish it was a bit more than 10 days PTO a year. That's not quite enough to cover a basic vacation with enough left over for sick days -just in case. (it seems like upper management gets 6 weeks of PTO a year or more.)
PTO starts off accumulating low, but quickly progresses at the 5 year mark.
Start with 40 hrs when hired but must accumulate after that. Does so fairly rapidly after 1 year employment.
You only accrue a certain number of vacation hours each paycheck. I don't feel like they offer enough vacation. You can't take vacation if someone else on your team has that day scheduled off.
3 weeks to start and it increases throughout employment
