extensive training before you start ramp up, conferences 3 times a year plus additional advance training conferences and weekly development/training calls weekly.
The job training for this position is a mix of, selling you (the future employee) on the advertisement. They take you on a pyschological roller coaster and work it perfectly, I have to applaud because they really work it good in training.
The best training came from Area Directors who know exactly what is necessary to be successful with Appointment Setting.
Both mentorship as well as training materials are provided to give employee's every opportunity to grow. Tasks are given that help to grow employee's step by step into their roles.
