    You are 100% in control of how you spend each hour of your day. There is no one looking over your shoulder- which has pros and cons depending on your personality. you set your hours and times to work, there are lots of opportunities to work together with Zoom calls and incentives and educational development calls, but it's your choice to participate or not.

    Your lured in by a claim of flexible hours, but if you make this job "flexible" your going to waste your time. This job literally is only for those people who are going to be able to stomach working 40+ hours a week, without pay, for several months.
