    Generous benefit and PTO package

Fantastic Benefits. Recently started and have very low health care coverage and I can easily cover my whole family at 1/2 the cost of past companies. Very generous short term disability program if I need it as no low caps like many companies. PTO time is a lot for a new employee as I get over 3 1/2 weeks while my friends usually get only two. Also very good 401k program and lots of Company sponsored fun events. Fruit is provided free of charge to staff. People feel well taken care of.

Fair, comprehensive benefits are a thing of the past for corporate employees at NAES. In 2017 the company made changes to the 401k, STD and paid time off plans that are a win for the company and a loss for employees.

Worst thing is all time off (flex time) is lumped together including time off for death of an immediate family member!! You also had to take a flex day before you could use a sick day when you are sick.
