Wonderful benefits. Ample PTO, great medical insurance premiums, discounted gym membership, 401k match, tuition reimbursement.
the overall benefits package at NAES is better then I see from most of their competitors.

Great benefits and 401k Match
Fair, comprehensive benefits are a thing of the past for corporate employees at NAES. In 2017 the company made changes to the 401k, STD and paid time off plans that are a win for the company and a loss for employees.
Worst thing is all time off (flex time) is lumped together including time off for death of an immediate family member!! You also had to take a flex day before you could use a sick day when you are sick.
Company Says they are concern about employees quality time with family yet stole earned hours of sick leave. Now vacation time is to used if you are sick.
Very comprehensive - medical, dental, vision, LTC, PTO, generous sick time accumulation.
The educational assistance benefit is lacking. The company should offer a higher reimbursement. This will benefit the company and employees as well.
