The medical and dental kind of sucked after the affordable healthcare act passed. The 401k was great though. They matched up to 5% and you were fully vested after 1 year. You could even get a loan from your 401k and pay it back.
Paid vacation and sick time after your fist year you get 1 week vacation and after 2 years you get 2 week a vacation
Vacation time is little to be desired
The 401k matching is great. They match up to 5%. They also have Profit Sharing. They offer Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, all are very affordable. They have a variety of plans to choose from so you can pick one that works best for you and your family.
Depending on your boss, they allow you to use your vacation in a 2 week block which allows for travel to other countries easier to manage.
Corporate benefits, no complaints. We were bought out to a private owner who did not offer nearly the same benefits as when we were corporate.
Vacation - Two weeks after the 1 year and three weeks after 7 years. Four weeks after 15 years then 5 weeks at 25 years. But it's all negotiable at HQ everything is negotiable :-)
