The medical was a little pricey for what it covers. They match your 401k up to 5%. 2 weeks of vacation after 1 year.
401K matching dollar for o,ollar up to 5%. Vacation 2 weeks after a year, 3 weeks after 7 years, 4 weeks after 15, 5 weeks after 25.
Not much really compared to other retail stores. But better than most in the auto parts industry. No real retirement except a 401k which everyone knows now is a sham.
Stock purchase options makes it worth keeping moving forward
Unsure what full-time employees receive, because I was a part-time employee with no benefits. Only had full work uniform provided.

The best things: 1 paid week off at 6 months, 2 weeks off at 1 year, 3 weeks off at 3 years and 4 weeks off at 5 years. That's pretty decent. Other than that it's the 10% over-cost discount that they offer, yes you read that right. It only applies to 2 vehicles per employee though, at least at my branch.
To be honest there was nothing bad about the benefits package. They have medical insurance, dental insurance, 401k plans, life insurance, and a parts purchase program.
