401k, health insurance, vacation, health insurance.
The best thing is the health insurance! Way better than industry standard. The 401(k) is lackluster— no Roth option and not a lot to choose from with regard to mutual funds to invest in.
Benefits are not offered until AFTER 90 days. I believe the benefits package was a little outdated but decent for a $10.00 an hour job. The benefits package also offered tuition reimbursement only after 1,500 hours have been worked.
I had good benefits for hourly job working as delivery driver and counter sales at a local NAPA franchise based out of western North Carolina
Great Medical, Vaca, & 401k package!
Being able to get auto parts at price was a great benefit
The company perks at NAPA were utterly fantastic. Exquisite health insurance. Impeccable retirement plans. Vacation time that cannot be beat. Unrivaled time off. Simply the best.
great 401k and health insurance plan, vacation time is good as well
