Generous vacation and sick time. Employee only medical is covered at 100%.
The good: -As an employee, you are fully covered on Medical HMO -401K is pretty good. You get full and partial match up to 6% - Generous paid time off. You actually accrue ~ 2.5 weeks as a new hire + sick time per year. Unlike other places where they give you "unlimited time off", but you accrue no time off. The bad: - You are eligible on the first of the month, but AFTER 30 days. Meaning you may need to use COBRA for a month. -You have to *fully* pay for your dependents. For employee + family, it's not cheap -Urgent care (not emergency) co-pays are pretty expensive. -No 401K matching until you've worked for a year
