    The Maternity & Paternity leave is very long. The worst is to take more time to apply.

    They provided maternity/paternity leave. The employee has to use vacation time to be able to maintain your regular income.

    I had one child work at Jet Propulsion Laboratories and they were more than accommodating, considering some employers don't give you any paid time off.
