“Good broad coverage with many primary care options”
“Generous retirement benefit. Overall a great place to work.”
“Offers both vacation and generous sick-leave; more holidays than the average; ability to compound vacation and sick-leave up to a considerable number of hours”
Good PTO health and 401K match.
401k retirement with matching, health insurance
n/a i stayed little time
Terrible parental leave. Minimally compliant with state and federal law, none paid. Employees forced to liquidate their vacation and sick time, of which a newer employee would have little accrued
Very understanding with time off requests and every other Friday is a day off.
Great contributions to the 403b retirement pan.
The benefit package is very good for a family.
Great 403B retirement contribution by the employer
Fantastic benefits including retirement benefits where they put in 8% of your base salary in towards retirement benefits (even if you don't put in anything).
Benefits are good, including retirement plans, health insurance, and more. Health insurance options for those who live out of state are very limited. Vacation benefits could be better.
