“Benefits are so great but not the best place to work if you aren't an engineer or scientist. ”
“Generous retirement benefit. Overall a great place to work.”
“The vacation time &Paid Time Off is longer than regular company. The worst part is the accrual time amount is limited”
Overall the benefit package is good. The tuition reimbursement is above average. The health insurance options fit most needs.
Great benefits - medical, time off, etc.
Great benefits compared to 95% of companies.
Generous benefits and alternate work week schedule.
Good health insurance coverage, eye dental etc
Relatively standard. Given the size and connection with Caltech, I expected more affordable medical premiums. The plans are all pricy, even HMO plans. Depending on the category of work, work from home is prevalent and accepted.
Benefits are fairly basic. If you are considered "key staff" above a certain pay threshold, they contribute to a 403b plan for you rather than provide matching.
403b, wellness, time off , sick time
Best benefit is probably the work schedule 9/80
Great benefits/403B contributions! Health benefits are good.
