We offer the option of working the 9/80 schedule, which is essentially a two-work week schedule of eight 9-hour days, one 8-hour day, and one day off. The one day off is every other Friday.

    The vacation time &Paid Time Off is longer than regular company. The worst part is the accrual time amount is limited

    As long as you give enough notification and don't plan vacation during major events (like a Mars Rover landing), vacation is acceptable.

    Vacation accrual rate is 5-7 hours (depending on years of service) per pay period with cap of 320 hours. Sick accrual rate is 4 hours per pay period with a cap of 960 hours.
